Not only was it easy to configure and use, but integrated into my Mac without a flaw. The quality of the pictures are amazing (the pictures are always good). I have scanned the images in the past, but to find digitally convert images to a much better quality. NOTE: Remember to blow the dust off the image before scanning. The system comes with two trays each of the slides or negatives. Although it might not seem like much (3 slides per tray) has proven to be very good. I also used SD memory card for my camera, so I had to buy another. I recommend that you use a memory card but the system can only store about 10 images. With memory cards that could use the machine and I have 1000 slide and quickly convert them while I was watching a movie. Later I went back to my desktop and downloaded to the scanner on my Mac, and easy! If you have old slides I highly recommend doing this. Not only do you get a good laugh at old memories, but for me I will give the development of a DVD as a gift. I'm sure the rest of my family gets a kick out of the old pictures displayed. 35 of 37 people found the following review helpful. Works like a camera! By Jules Verne After owns a scanner, the necessary software on my computer, it is a relevation! I 10-12 slides at a time when the internal memory to be scanned, and then transfer them to my computer via USB. It looks like a drive. Fabulous. Razor-sharp resolution. 39 of 42 people found the following review helpful. Disabled disappointed Michael D. Jordan, I have a couple of thousand slides, my own and inherited from my parents and in-laws. These are from the early 1950s. I am very anxious to archive and tag them before they (and my memory) fade. I bought the scanner last week ImageLab FS9T setup quickly and easily, simply unzip it into a socket, you're ready to go to only one button scanning slides, another for scanning negatives and c is the only good thing which I can say about this scanner. The downside to this simplicity means no adjustment is possible. The exhibition is bad, unevenly lit on an image (think flash lamp), a tendency of the components of the light to wash out that no amount can make working in Photoshop, particularly faces (they are not actually the best part of the on screen ?). Details tend to blur a little, nothing to be near the resolution in a hand viewer or slide projector. Original slides scanned with a professional quality from something like dealing with a good disposable taken. Speaking of one-way, that's exactly what I am using this scanner is not planned.
