The best feedback from customers on September 9 people found the following review helpful. Scans too dark to Preston Davis seemed that this would be the perfect item. It was small, easy to handle and operate, and all I had to do was connect to a USB port and were ready to go. However, he had a real problem with the quality of images. All slides had to be too bright or too dark to scan would be correct. Trying to fix, even programs with high quality graphics such as Photoshop, resulted in significant image pixelation or washing. The company, AEI was great about it. I sent an email with the analysis of samples, hoping there was a solution available. Unfortunately, no. That allowed me to return to a full refund. I think it works well on some machines and not only compatible with my system. Would definitely have worked for me, and everything else was perfect. I decided to send my slides to a scanning service to put on CD / DVD. 5 of 5 people found the following review help by Mary E Beagle would not recommend the scanner I have such a high contrast (my words) I could not even properly in Photoshop. I would not use even for documentation. Not a good buy. View all 2 customer reviews ....
