A Major Disappointment By Jack Jarosik Obviously I did not spend enough money for a product to capture my old 35mm slides onto computer. The only way I can use it is to capture the image with Snag-it software when the scanning camera brings it up. The transfer icon does nothing. I contacted Ion tech for help and was left hanging.
