Now it's eaten my film and refuses to relinquish it. I've written to their support. NO REPLY! It was 4 frames etc. Everything was within their specs, but crunch. From them? NO HELP! Skip this piece of junk! Now I have a scanner that might as well be a boat anchor, and they don't care! 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful. I used it for all my old 35mm film By Daniel B. Phillips I bought this about a year ago brand new and used it for all my old 35mm film. I just liked how you could scan a entire roll of film without having to cut it up into strips like a typical flatbed scanner...sure it may take a little time, but once you get it going you can just go off and work on whatever else...now i am glad to say that i have digital copies of all my film. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.
